Are you currently accepting orders?

No, we are not accepting or processing any orders at the moment.

We’re still setting up our payment systems and logistics, and we want to make sure everything works smoothly before we start taking orders.


Can I place an order anyway?

You may be able to browse products or even add items, but:

Orders are not being processed or fulfilled right now

So placing an order won’t result in a confirmed purchase.


When will you start accepting orders?

We’re working on it behind the scenes.

There’s no fixed date yet, but we’re focused on getting everything right, not rushing it.


Why are you not accepting orders yet?

Because we’re building this properly.

We’re still:

  • Setting up payment gateways
  • Finalizing logistics and delivery partners
  • Working closely with our artisan network
  • We do not have time, money and expertise in our team

We’d rather wait a bit than deliver a poor experience.


Can I reserve or pre-book products?

Not at the moment.

Do you ship products right now?

No, shipping is not active yet.

We are still setting up our delivery systems.


Will you deliver across India?

Yes, that’s the plan once we go live.

We aim to deliver across India with reliable courier partners.


Will you offer international shipping?

Possibly in the future but initially, we’ll focus on India.



Payments

Can I make a payment on the website?

At the moment, payments are either not active or not fully functional.

No confirmed transactions are being processed right now.

Where do your products come from?

Our work is inspired by artisan communities in Rajasthan and all over India and Worldwide, including Osian.

We collaborate with:

  • Individual artisans
  • Small households
  • Skilled local creators
  • Content Creators
  • Viral products

Are you directly working with artisans?

Yes, that is the direction we are building towards but no promises as we are not having resources

We aim to:

  • Work closely with artisan groups
  • Support their craft
  • Bring their work to a wider audience

Safety, Fraud & Communication

How do I know communication is genuine?

Our only official communication channel is : None, we never communicate unless promoting overselves and that is one way communication only.

Do you call or message customers?

No.

We currently:

  • Do not offer phone support
  • Do not contact users via random numbers

What should I avoid?

Never share:

  • OTPs
  • Passwords
  • Card details

with anyone claiming to be from our team.

How long does it take to respond?

We usually respond within 24–48 hours and more

We know, it is not common to see a store that is not fully operational yet.

But we’re not trying to rush this.

We are building Bandhani Threads slowly, properly, and with intention.
