1. Current Operational Status (Important)
Bandhani Threads is currently in a pre-operational phase where we are actively building and optimizing our payment systems, logistics network, and order fulfillment processes.
At this stage:
- Orders are not placed on the website and are not actively processed or fulfilled
- Payment systems are not fully enabled nor operational
- Logistics and delivery services are still being set up
Because of this, any interaction with the website including placing an order should be understood as part of a non-final, non-binding experience
What this means for cancellations:
- Since orders are not being processed, there are no active orders to cancel
- Any order placed is considered incomplete and non-confirmed
- No financial transaction is deemed to have taken place unless explicitly completed through an active payment system
Therefore:
Cancellation requests are not applicable at this stage
No claims, liabilities, or obligations arise from unprocessed or incomplete orders

2. Nature of Orders
An order placed on Bandhani Threads represents an intent to purchase, not a guaranteed or confirmed transaction.
We reserve the right to:
- Accept or decline any order
- Delay or hold order processing
- Cancel orders due to operational, technical, or availability reasons
Until an order is confirmed, processed, and dispatched, it should not be considered final.
3. Future Cancellation Policy (Once Orders Are Active)
Once Bandhani Threads begins full operations, including payment acceptance and order fulfillment, the following cancellation terms may apply:
3.1 Cancellation Before Dispatch
Customers may request cancellation of their order before it has been dispatched.
- Cancellation requests should be made as soon as possible after placing the order
- Once approved, the order will be cancelled and any payment (if made) will be refunded
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
Bandhani Threads reserves the right to verify the status of the order before approving cancellation.
3.2 Cancellation After Dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched:
- Cancellation requests may not be accepted
- Customers may refer to the Refund & Return Policy after receiving the product
This is because the order has already entered the delivery process and cannot be reversed at that stage.
3.3 Partial Cancellations
In cases where an order contains multiple items:
- Partial cancellation may be allowed before dispatch
- Once dispatched, partial cancellations may not be possible
4. Cancellation by Bandhani Threads
Bandhani Threads reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion under certain conditions, including but not limited to:
- Product unavailability
- Errors in pricing, product description, or listing
- Technical issues affecting order processing
- Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions
- Incomplete or unverifiable customer information
- Operational or logistical constraints
In such cases:
- Customers will or will not be informed
- Do not make any payments
5. Refunds for Cancelled Orders
Where cancellation is valid and applicable:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method, if we go operational in future.
- The timeline for refunds may range between 5–7 business days, depending on the payment provider
Bandhani Threads is not responsible for delays caused by external payment systems or banking institutions.
6. Non-Cancellable Orders
Certain types of orders may not be eligible for cancellation, including:
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Products that have already been dispatched
- Items marked as non-cancellable at the time of purchase
These conditions will always be clearly communicated on the product page or at checkout.
7. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete information at the time of placing an order
- Reviewing order details before confirming purchase
- Initiating cancellation requests within a reasonable timeframe (once operations are active)
Bandhani Threads will not be responsible for issues arising due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Bandhani Threads shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from order cancellations or inability to process orders
- No liability arises from orders that are not confirmed, processed, or fulfilled
- No contractual obligation is established in any case since we are not accepting any order.
- Never consider any order confirmred from our side.
9. Important Note (Current Phase)
As of now:
- No orders are being actively processed
- No confirmed transactions are taking place
- No cancellations, refunds, or claims are applicable
Any order placed during this phase is considered non-binding, and no rights or obligations arise from such interactions.

Bandhani Threads reserves the right to update or modify this Cancellation Policy at any time.
Any changes will be reflected on this page, and continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
